About us

Prudential was founded in 2021. The founder being of Indian origin studied business management in Cambridge for 2 years and then went on to work for a logistics corporation in London where he gained hands on experience in commerce. Shortly after Brexit he witnessed job vacancies at record high levels at over £1.2m* openings. He identified a skills shortage in the nation and with virtual working already a norm after COVID19 with 30% staff working from home*, he leveraged his Indian market knowledge to bring to the table an off-shore staffing solution. This meant that small & medium sized businesses could easily overcome the skill shortage, bridging the gap in essence. At the same time they could benefit from huge cost savings, all free from employment obligations that are associated with recruiting locally, and doing away with physical workspace. This was an unique service offering different from traditional BPOs (Business process outsourcing) who would work on a project basis with rotating staff/group of staff. Our off-shore staff solution meant permanent dedicated staff for the job role in question but all the benefits of being in an advantaged labour jurisdiction, offered with an array of monitoring tools as a complete package.

The company initially only focused on Offshore staffing solutions for Western markets, but now also offers a range of services from UK company secretary to Business branding & consulting.

In 2023, we identified Philippines as an emerging market for our services and expanded operations from that region, commencing with a small team of only five members. As a result of the successful expansion, the company was able to extend its service offerings and workforce. Because of the wealth of local talent and strong, experienced management, the company has continued to enjoy remarkable growth in all areas of its business year on year.

Today, we have a vast pool of local candidates and contractors across East India & part of Philippines and is growing at an average rate of 7.5% per year.
